Living in this modern world has been turning complicated and difficult day by day. Yes, it is true. Here is what we can plan and do to withstand it.

One fine evening. I was just sitting back and watching some news on the television. There was news about a large group of SSC cleared students who were not offered jobs despite the fact that they cleared all the tests. Despite the vacancies the cleared candidates were not offered a job even after years of clearing all their exams and tests conducted. This reminded of many similar cases where lots of unemployment problem in the country. I remembered a great speech given by a successful entrepreneur on the increasing unemployment rate and other students’ problems in the country. Since there were fewer vacancies in every sector (including private and government), there were many such candidates that were left unemployment despite graduating from renowned institutes.

This is one side of modern problems; there are many others that too make this world really challenging to live in. There are many people around me who sold lands and other assets to make their children educated in renowned institutes. finally, many of them are left back without any jobs in hand. Even if the children get a job(s), mostly these would be in any corporate companies and son get prone to work pressure. This sometimes crosses limits and makes these people with no time to look after their parents.

I wondered what did these people gain by selling asserts and making loans for education when there is no good result of it. Still, modern parents are still into the same process to which I really worry about where the next generation really going.

The change in scenarios over the decades

There is a vast change in the system over the areas. A few decades ago, corporate was able to provide safe and secure jobs to the people and the employees were also loyal to the company throughout their life. Later the corporate companies began to expand and the employees too got smart. They began to shift companies for better opportunities. Later the stage arrived where the majority of the releasing student population is not at all getting offers now. Definitely, this is the result of people’s perception that started to depend on corporate jobs only blindly. There are also many other big and small problems that are the points to the peeped at.

Now after we are aware of the complications that are increasing in this world day by day, we need to look for a way to withstand and sustain this competitive world. If not, we will get extinct like any other species. In this context, when I was just discussing the same with some of my friends, I got replies that when we learn to adjust in various situations, there wouldn’t be a great problem. But my question was, till when? Once a person starts to adjust in each and every situation, the people around start and tend to suppress him as he is already ready to adjust for any situation.

Let me share some ways which would probably help us to withstand this competitive world in the coming lines.

Face the world- Tips

1.     Don’t always adjust

The common man, especially in countries like India, has a tendency to adjust to situations. This is the reason he wants to be in the crowd and never wants to do anything unique. Almost every common man dreams of a job with great pay, but not many dreams of his own business empire, this shows how a common man already got ready to adjust according to society.

 It is worth noting that a mentality of never leave off even in the smallest of the situations will lead to the same mindset on a larger scale too. A couple living in the delta hated how it looked. They didn’t step back or adjust the situation; rather they started planting trees around them. After few years, they had their own mini beautiful forest.

2.     Pave your own path, ways, goals, and plans

No matter what you dream of, always have a perfect pan of implementation and have a certain path of life. This makes others or the surroundings almost impossible to deviate from your track. One can dream of a job or entrepreneurship, but having a firm path and dream will make him (her) to her destination with minimum deviations. This makes us strong and we can easily withstand the complications in the modern world.

3.     Choose unique paths

One of the most important complications in the modern world is competition. Competition would be at its peaks when there is more number of people competing for the same. Therefore it is wise and smart as a candidate to select those streams with minimum competition to achieve their dream jobs and lifestyle easily. Strive to research and have at least of unique streams achieving which would be many folds easier.

4.     Try to do it alone, avoid depending upon others

There are many tasks that we can actually do it alone, but we assign the task or a part of it to some others expecting them to do it better or to add comfort to themselves. This is not a good habit in my opinion. It is always not suggestible to depend on others to do any task. As far as possible when we try to do the task ourselves, we can easily make it in the time planned.

 I have not intention to say that we should not work in a team. Teamwork is something different. Some tasks don’t need teamwork and can be done alone. These tasks are what I’m saying.

5.     Always have plan B if possible even plan C

This is the most important tip probably for those people who are working for a company and often depend on others for some of the other tasks. tasks from other persons or even our plans are sometimes unpredictable. Therefore it is always a good idea to have a Plan B which can be implemented if plan A we planned wouldn’t work.

Bottom Line:

We all know that the modern world is not at all good to live in when we compare it to the scenario a few decades ago. I wanted to create a set of solutions that could probably help in facing this situation. The above-stated postulates are clearly my opinion and ideas and I hope I went unbiased in my writing. this episode is the pure result of the comment one of an uncle who stated that today's students are not getting jobs because they aren't studying for their jobs. and the irony is he also studied the same syllabus that we now studied in a similar college and similar environment.
