This process is quite a healthy one. I too follow the same to get into a better person day by day.

Recently I came across an interesting point in this scenario. Despite vast diversity in the lifestyle of people, some points lie in common. The greatest weakness for a person is always the secrets that the individual holds. Secrets are something that is generally quite personal. These things are quite embarrassing sometimes. These when exposed creates the most vulnerable situations sometimes. This is one of the most important reasons why secrets are claimed to be the greatest weakness in life.

Lord Sri Krishna has stated that secrets are the greatest weaknesses in life. in this context, he also gave an important example that proves the same. he took a small part of Ramayana to demonstrate the same.

King Ravana was probably the most powerful one in the world during his time. This was one of the reasons why he was confident that he could easily withstand the power of Lord Rama. Probably this perception of Ravana was true. Because Ravana was in fact powerful than Lord Rama. But there was the weakness of Ravana that made him vulnerable. The secret of the death of Ravana was known to Vibhishina (his brother) which made Lord Rama know this and destroy Ravana in seconds.

What is the probable solution to this?

After knowing this in a depth, anyone will surely ask what would be the solution for this.  To be particular, an exposed secret is the greatest weakness for anyone. This means that a secret when exposed makes the person vulnerable.

Thus, we can conclude that there would be no problem with it when we keep our secrets as secure as possible. We generally share our secrets with close people like family, friends, or any others. Everything goes good until these people are on our side.

We can never be sure about who will be with us and who would turn against us in the future. The person who knows the person's secrets turns to be his (her) enemy, it is the most vulnerable instant for that person.

Therefore, we can conclude that keeping all our personal stuff secrets to ourselves would probably cover up our weakness.

Weakness is common to every person. The capacity of the person to overcome them is the point worth considering.
