Family/work pressures can be one of the reasons for mental exhaustion in an individual. These pressures can be of any degree depending upon the position and discipline that he (she) is. A son in a family can have such pressure due to restrictions from parents; on the other hand, a father can have family pressure from taking responsibility for the family. Similarly, a subordinate can have pressure to orders from the superiors; on the other hand, a superior officer may have pressure due to targets and managing the subordinates. Short-term troubles are generally stressful, but prolonged such pressures and stress can lead to mental exhaustion.

When we take responsibility for certain tasks in life, it turns out to be complete our part to set it right no matter what odds may come across it. When it comes to Finance this responsibility turns more complicated. Financial stress for a long time can easily lead to mental exhaustion.

·         Having some chronic illness

A simple reason for prolonged depression is a chronic illness. A person having chronic illness by default faces some depression; Not only for the thought of how to manage things around but also due to lack of physical competence. Since this happens for a long time altogether, it can be a cause of mental exhaustion.
